History
The first Tangent Club
Tangent is the natural continuation of Ladies Circle.
The first Tangent Club was founded on the 15th February 1950 by past Circlers of Ladies Circle Great Britain and Ireland.
The Charter of Tangent Club International (TCI) took place on the 3rd of May 2014 during the 41 International Conference in Korsør, Denmark- A mark in history .
Founder members of TCI are the Tangents of
Cyprus, Denmark, Great Britain, Norway and Sweden
TCI day
At the TCI AGM 2015 it was decided to designate the 12th February each year as TCI Day.
This date was chosen to be next to LCI Day the 11th February, to allow for side-by-side events.
